Steven Mullins specializes in litigating Federal, State and Administrative Law matters. His career includes service as a General Counsel to the Department of Justice, a United States Attorney and General Counsel for the Governor of Oklahoma.  He has extensive experience in Indian Law; Civil Fraud Defense; False Claims Act Defense; Medical Law; Employment Law and Labor Law; Governmental Law and Administrative Law.
