Montrel Preston is an associate of Lytle Soule & Felty and a member of the Insurance Defense & Collections Practice Group.

Montrel received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law where he was on the Dean’s honor rolls. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review 2018-2019 and as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Justice James C. Winchester of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. He completed an externship with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry and received a CALI award in Government Practice. Montrel was also an active member of the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Competition Team and, upon graduation, gained membership into The Order of Barristers national honors society.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Alabama A&M University where he graduated magna cum laude.
