Tiffany Barker

Associate

Tiffany Barker is an Associate with Lytle, Soule & Felty. She specializes in complex insurance defense litigation. Her practice areas include wrongful death, dram shop liability, large-scale trucking/auto accidents, general negligence, bad faith, contract disputes, and general complex civil litigation. 

As a former licensed insurance adjuster, arbitration writer, and intercompany arbitrator, Tiffany has expertise in complex liability investigation and analysis, insurance coverage, and damage analysis. She also has experience determining eligibility for long-term care Medicaid and related federal and state programs and has familiarity with underground utility claims. She expanded her insurance knowledge by interning with the Oklahoma Insurance Department.

Accomplishments 

While at OU Law, Tiffany obtained a litigation certificate, indicating a concentration in litigation-based coursework. She was active in the OU Law Competitions program, serving as the OU Law Board of Advocates Whitten Burrage Negotiation Competition Director, a 1L Moot Court Student Judge (2022 & 2023), and competed on multiple competition teams. She was selected as a Reference Assistant at the Donald E. Pray Law Library, where she conducted research for OU Law Professors in a variety of fields. Tiffany was also an active member of the OAWL executive committee. She was also inducted into the Order of Barristers, recognizing skill in oral advocacy.
