Eric L. Combs is a Preferred Shareholder with the firm.  He is a civil litigator with emphasis in commercial, oil and gas, general, and complex civil litigation.  Mr. Combs provides his clients with focused, organized, and well-communicated strategies to pursue and defend his client’s rights.  Over the course of his career, he has represented companies and individuals in all aspects of litigation, including contract disputes, negligence claims, wrongful death, premises liability, trade secrets matters, fiduciary duty claims, tortious interference with contract claims, class actions, property damage, fraud, hospital negligence, business formation, medical malpractice, copyright violations, insurance claims, and many others.

Mr. Combs’ previous experience includes representing Oklahoma hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers in a wide range of complex cases with a renowned Oklahoma City firm.  More recently, Mr. Combs was a Senior Associate with a rapidly-growing AmLaw 200 firm maintaining nearly 20 offices across the United States.

Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Combs worked in collegiate athletics compliance at the University of Central Oklahoma and Missouri Southern State University.  He also worked in broadcasting with several local and national entities, including ESPN, NFL Films, and KFOR.
